Pinnacle Ozone Solutions has released a new video documenting the start-up of the first-ever Peak 5x Plus Ozone Skid, installed for Valoris in East Angus, Quebec. The video follows Pinnacle team members Jason Smith, Software Engineer, and Muhammad Allie, Mechatronics Technician, from installation through first ozone generation.

Valoris is a waste management company, and the Peak 5x Plus was custom-engineered to provide advanced oxidation treatment for rainwater runoff collected from a nearby dump site. The skid brings every subsystem, including the compressor, oxygen purifier, chiller, ozone generator, and destruct unit, together on one compact platform.

During installation, the team carried out power verification, pump rotation tests, and ozone leak detection. The system features two dedicated contact tanks regulated by integrated pH sensors to achieve precise ozone stoichiometry, and the team confirmed adequate flow and foam management for efficient operation.

Because the Peak 5x Plus arrives factory-ready, it needs only a single electrical source and water connection to become operational. This saves significant time and minimizes errors during site installation. Once the unit was powered on, the team completed initial I/O checks and, with customer approval, successfully confirmed ozone generation.

For Valoris, this first activation marks a seamless transition to high-efficiency water treatment, with a system built to deliver reliable, hassle-free performance.
