Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, LLC was established in early 2009, born from the collaboration of two innovative companies: Plasma Technics, Inc. (PTI) and Guardian Manufacturing, Inc. (GMI). PTI pioneered the concept of modular ozone generation, anchored by their cutting-edge QuadBlock technology—a high-frequency ozone generation module. PTI envisioned the creation of large-scale, water-cooled ozone generation platforms but sought a partner with expertise in system integration and ozone process knowledge. This led to a powerful partnership with GMI, and Pinnacle Ozone Solutions was formed.

The first-generation QuadBlock delivered an impressive 10 pounds per day (ppd) at 10% concentration, marking the start of an exciting journey. Over the years, Pinnacle has continually advanced its technology, evolving into a leader in ozone generation output and power efficiency. Our current Generation 4 QuadBlock now doubles the original performance, producing over 20 ppd at 10% concentration. Through the dedication and innovation of PTI’s talented engineers and technicians, the QuadBlock technology has seen a 2x improvement in both ozone output and overall power efficiency.
Today, Pinnacle offers a wide range of ozone generator assemblies, from 2X to 36X QuadBlock configurations, leading the industry in reliability, power efficiency, and supportability.
