Ricky’s professional background includes years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, where he worked on a wide range of projects—from HVAC and refrigeration systems to aerospace builds and audit work. His versatile experience has equipped him with a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of complex technical systems.

Known for his sharp attention to detail and excellent communication skills, Ricky brings a reliable and collaborative energy to every project. What he enjoys most about working at Pinnacle is the satisfaction of watching each system come together—and knowing those systems are making a difference in communities around the world.

Outside of work, Ricky’s interests are as unique as his skillset: he holds both barbering and cosmetology licenses and spent years in the hair industry before transitioning into technical work.
