Heather Arias is a Project Manager at Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, where she leads projects from planning through execution, keeping teams aligned, schedules on track, and deliverables moving forward. She works closely across functions to coordinate efforts, identify risks early, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
Her background is in aerospace, where she worked in production planning and scheduling supporting launch operations. That experience shaped how she approaches project management today. She is accustomed to fast-paced environments where timelines matter, priorities shift quickly, and strong coordination is essential to keep everything moving. She is also currently completing her master’s degree in Space Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with graduation expected in August.
Heather brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to her work while maintaining a strong awareness of the bigger picture. She takes pride in stepping into complex or high-pressure situations and bringing clarity, organization, and momentum to her teams.
She was drawn to Pinnacle Ozone Solutions for the opportunity to grow in a new industry while taking on meaningful responsibility. She enjoys being part of a team where she can continue learning, contribute to impactful work, and help drive projects forward.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys home improvement projects, spending time with her family, traveling, and diving into cold case mysteries whenever she gets the chance.
