ATLANTA, GA – August 29, 2025 — Pinnacle Ozone Solutions was proud to participate in the International Ozone Association – Pan American Group (IOA-PAG) World Congress, held in Atlanta, Georgia. The event brought together global experts and innovators to explore the future of ozone, advanced oxidation, and water treatment technologies.

Over five days of technical sessions, roundtable discussions, and site tours, the Pinnacle team engaged with researchers, utilities, and industry leaders to advance the conversation around ozone’s role in sustainable, real-world solutions.

Driving Innovation Through Knowledge and Collaboration

Pinnacle team members Chuck Smith, Thoram Charanda, and Sannel Patel attended more than 40 technical presentations, spanning topics such as:

  • Multi-point ozonation for micropollutant removal
  • Ozone-BAC optimization and NDMA monitoring
  • Taste & odor mitigation in large-scale facilities
  • Advanced oxidation systems using ozone with UV, hydrogen peroxide, or cavitation
  • Novel applications of ozone in agriculture, aquaculture, food safety, and industrial reuse

Pinnacle’s presence reflected its mission to bridge engineering innovation with operational excellence, bringing scalable ozone solutions to municipalities, industrial processors, and utilities across North America.

Technical Tour: Seeing Ozone in Action

On the final day, Pinnacle joined IOA’s 2025 Technical Tour, featuring:

  • Shoal Creek Filter Plant (SCFP) – A large-scale facility utilizing ozone for primary disinfection, supported by on-site pilot plants for process optimization
  • The Water Tower (TWT) – A cutting-edge water innovation hub driving research, workforce development, and technology acceleration
  • F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center (FWH WRC) – One of the world’s largest membrane and ozone-based water reuse facilities, returning high-quality reclaimed water to Lake Lanier

Each stop highlighted the vital role ozone plays in future-ready water treatment and reinforced Pinnacle’s commitment to delivering high-performance, sustainable systems backed by real-world expertise.

Building Toward a Smarter, Cleaner Future

IOA-PAG 2025 underscored a collective industry goal: to build more resilient, efficient, and sustainable water systems, with ozone at the core. Pinnacle is proud to stand at the forefront of that effort, designing and delivering solutions that meet the moment and exceed expectations.
