As Employee & Customer Relations Manager, she oversees recruitment and employee relations in her capacity as Human Resources Administrator, while also managing customer support, service documentation, and internal coordination as the Service Department Administrator

With a diverse background in administration, HR, marketing, operations, accounting, customer service, and event planning, Mandy plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company runs smoothly.

Fun fact: Mandy loves quoting movie lines and has a passion for dogs, football, and music. Outside of work, she’s often found cheering on her daughter at softball tournaments in Florida!
